Minutes of The Fourth All India Conference of SNATTA held at Mapusa, Goa First Session: On dated 3rd Oct 2010 the meeting started at around 09:00hrs in the morning with delegates from all over India taking their respective seats and enchanting the slogan of SNATTA Zindabad. On the dias Sh. Manish Samadhiya President SNATTA, Sh. Dharmendra Verma GS SNATTA, Sh. Dhiraj Chaudhary Founder GS SNATTA, Sh. Chadeshwar Singh GS NFTE, and Comrade. P. Abhimanyu GS BSNLEU, GMTD and DGM (Goa) were present. Shri. Nitin Pohare Central Coordinator Maharastra welcomed all the participants in the city of Goa. After the prayer 'Itni shakti hame dena data....." Deep Prajwalan was felicitated. The onus of handling the stage and microphone was on Shri Santosh Devadiga, who impressed one and all with his manner and management. First of all he invited GMTD and then DGM (Goa) to show the glimpse of TTA's contribution towards BSNL. Thereafter Shri Santosh Devadiga invited our All India President Sh. Manish Samadhiya to put the TTAs grievances before the GS NFTE and GS BSNLEU. Shri Manish Samadhiya very aggressively spoke about the issues of SNATTA in front of the audiences. He minced no words and squarely put forth the issues and asked for its resolution. Shri Manish Samadhiya speech filled the audiences with energy. Shri Santosh Anand C.S. CTD, SNATTA was invited on the stage. He very vehemently put forth the issues of Wage Reduction to the DRTTAs recruited on and after 1.1.2007. He categorically said that the resolution of this issue will go a long way in deciding the strategy of the SNATTA during membership verifications. He completely rested his faith in the CHQ SNATTA for resolving their issues. Then our founder GS Sh. Dhiraj Chaudhary was called upon who categorically mentioned that these unions are only using the votes of TTAs. He emphasized that if BSNLEU does not resolve our demands within 3 months specifically the demand of 30% fitment to new DRTTAs and Change of designation from TTA to JET then we will be bound to ensure the defeat of BSNLEU in the forthcoming elections. Thereafter GS NFTE and then GS BSNLEU were called upon to describe the situation. GS NFTE specifically mentioned the failure of the recognized union to resolve the issues of SNATTA and of the staff in general. He assured the support of NFTE for reducing the service condition for JTO LICE to 5 years and also assured to work for time bound promotions for the non executives without exams. GS BSNLEU specifically showed his concerns towards the weak and deteriorating financial position of BSNL. He also assured to resolve the issues as per the agreement signed between SNATTA and BSNLEU. Then at around 12 PM Sh. Dharmendra Verma, G.S. SNATTA took the centre stage. He described each and every issues viz. JTO LICE, TTA to JET, Wage Reduction to DRTTAs and promotions to the under qualified and ineligible non executives (as per the RR) to the executive cadre instead of the qualified and skilled DRTTAs. Shri Dharmendra Verma demanded resolution of issues from BSNLEU within stipulated time. Keeping in view the fact that some of our friends have been awarded by BSNL at district, circle and national level recently, these friends were honored in the AIC. These included Sh. Shailesh Dhande(Maharastra), Sh. Bandhan Preet Singh (Punjab), Sh. kamal Lohani (Rajasthan), Sh. Ramniwas (Haryana). It was the affection and love of friends that our founder President Sh. Chandan Samal attended the meeting in spite of the fact he has joined as Manager (Electronics) in Airport Authority of India. At the occasion Sh. Chandan Samal presented Bouquet to the BSNL award winners. Everyone was full of praise for the organizing team of Maharastra circle under the able guidance of Sh. Shailesh Dhande. The gathering was supported with a roar of applause. High point of the day was that almost every state was represented which not only proved SNATTA’s reach but also pointed out how important is it for us to gather under one umbrella to safeguard our interests when so many young people’s aspirations are associated with us. Final Session: After the lunch hours Central Coordinators from each circle were invited one by one to present their views. In the Final session GS SNATTA Sh. Dharmendra Verma declared to start the open session. TTAs from every circle asked genuine doubts, raised questions about SNATTA and the incumbent recognized unions activities and suggested many points about the improvement of SNATTA which are to be added to main agenda. GS handled all of them with patience, tried to clear all doubts and taken note of all genuine demands. Shri Dharmendra Yadav pointed out the genuine sufferings of in TTAs posted in the African countries for TCIL projects. CHQ requests all the DRTTAs posted under such conditions to email their present situations with proofs to chq email id snattachq@gmail.com to enable us to put forth these issues to the management. Shri Sachin Bhatt, All India Treasurer presented the financial account statement of the last term which was unanimously endorsed by the house. Shri Sachin Bhatt resigned from the All India Treasurer due to his personal obligations. In the evening the meeting of CEC was conveyed. In the meeting it was decided to form the council of Patrons for the efficient working of CHQ. The Council of Patrons shall be composed of Patron i.e. Sanrakshak, and Patron-in-Chief i.e. Mukhya Sanrakshak. The council of Patrons shall supervise the functioning of Central Executive Committee (CEC). The council of Patrons is empowered to re-constitute the CEC by convening the meeting of CEC. . As per the constitution the election was held and following office bearers were elected unanimously. Council of Patrons: Patron-in-Chief i.e. Mukhya Sanrakshak – Sh. The Rajasthan Circle proposed to host the next AIC and it was unanimously accepted by the CEC.
